‘SELFIES’- Artists Self Portraits

An exhibition of Self Portraits by contemporary artists

21st September – 26th October 2019

An exhibition providing a snapshot of our contemporary culture and time, through self portraits created by artists with very different artistic tastes and interests. The exhibition will comprise art works from new and established artists, working in a wide cross section of art forms.

All of the artists involved have been invited to create a self portrait in whichever medium they prefer; including painting, sculpture, ceramic, installations and music. ‘SELFIES’ touches on the many different ways a self portrait can be made and will include works by internationally acclaimed artists: photographer John Angerson, Hellboy and Star Wars artist Duncan Fegredo, musician Edwyn Collins and many others.
